Our students learn karate as it was meant to be taught as a self-defense system. Through our program they learn self-control, self-confidence, higher self-esteem and respect.
Lacy's Shotokan Karate teaches traditional techniques such as punches, kicks, knees and blocks, but we also incorporate takedowns and submissions to prepare our students for any situation.
